Application:

The little feet: the little feet are perfect for pressing trigger points on the back and can be used along the spine. Please be careful not to massage over the bones of the spine with the massage wood.
The rounding: the back, rounded side supports the ball of your hand well during the massage and can be used well for massaging the shoulder blade area.

Massage:

Now work along the spine with the aroma wood. Start at the bottom of the upper part of the sacrum and stroke up to the rump. Then gradually raise the wood and massage up to the rump. Make 6-9 long massage strokes from the neck to the rump. Always apply the wood carefully and massage slowly, with a little pressure along the spine, but not on the vertebrae. The spine lies in the hollow between the rounded massage heads. Then work on possible tensions with your aroma wood or alternatively with your hands. The aroma wood relieves your hands, especially during powerful massages.

Please note that if you use an oil or lotion for your massage, it may discolour the AromaWood Massager. Clean it under warm running water and dry it well.
