Trade customers and retailers with valid VAT-ID number
If you would like to register as a trade customer or retailer with valid VAT-ID number, then click on the customer login on the upper right-hand side of the homepage. Choose: create a new account.
Click on “ I am a new customer” then register. Add your personal data and your company data. Mark that you are trading. Fill in the company name and, important, please fill the field VAT-ID number. Finish your registration. Now you can shop and you will see the net prices e.g. for the konjac sponges, the oils etc.

Trade customers and retailers without a valid VAT-ID number
If you do not have a VAT-ID number because you are a small business and exempts of paying VAT please do not register through the website. Please send us your business / trade certificate via Email or fax. Send us your contact details (street, city, country, email, telephone etc.). We will create a trade account for you and send you the login data. If you have questions, please call us under 0049 2962 977855.

You have ordered as an end customer but you are a trade customer?
If you would like to change your status to trade customers you need to send us your trade certificate. We will change your status to professional customer. When placing your next order, you will see the net prices for trade customers.
