Jasmin, why did you choose the Lava Shell massage?

What advantages do you see for your team?
The Lavashells are very versatile and have become indispensable for our team. They enable us to work deeply without putting a lot of physical strain on the masseurs.


How have you integrated lava shell massage into your range of services?
We offer lava shell massage as a permanent fixture in our range, along with Tadu Mai massage, which is specially designed for men. We also offer glacial shell massage exclusively in summer as a special offer. This allows us to offer our guests a variety of wellness experiences depending on the season. 
 
 
Do marketing considerations play a role in the introduction of new applications?
Yes, of course. We also use the lava shell massage strategically in our marketing. Some offers are permanently integrated, while others are advertised exclusively on our social media channels. This allows us to continually create special occasions to surprise our guests.


Do you offer any additional extras in connection with the lava shells?
Yes, we want to make our guests' stay as relaxing as possible. That's why we offer self-heating eye masks with every full-body massage with lava shells, which can be booked at an additional cost – with or without fragrance. This has been very well received.
