Salt massage
Roll the ball over the skin in a circular motion. You can massage over dry skin or use a massage oil.

With the salt ball you can apply pressure during the massage to protect your hands and joints. After some time, the ball will become smaller due to use and may fall out of the holder.

Heat and cold
Remove the ball from the roller. You can warm or cool the Himalayan Salt Ball and use it in your massage.
Heat the ball in the microwave for about 1 minute. Do not heat the ball above 70 degrees. You can also heat it in a compression warmer.
To cool the ball, place it in an impermeable bag and let it cool in the freezer or refrigerator.
Cleaning
You can easily unscrew the salt roller. Remove the salt ball and wipe the case with a damp cloth. It is made of high quality plastic and can be easily cleaned. Clean the salt ball with a cloth. Wipe the ball and the oil well. Water should not be used, if the ball comes in contact with water, quickly dab it dry again. Bacteria cannot survive in a salty environment, so the ball practically disinfects itself. You can also disinfect it in a UV light sterilizer.
