The T Spheres yoga-sport massage balls are available in two fragrances.
Inner Strength: Rejuvenating, uplifting and relaxing with 100% pure eucalyptus essential oil and lemongrass oil.
Empower Mint: Refreshing, energizing and relaxing with 100% pure peppermint essential oil.
The T Spheres yoga-sport are slightly larger and are best suited for larger muscle groups.

Developed by an experienced massage therapist
Stephanie Whittier from the USA is a massage therapist and experienced in craniosacral therapy. She has been studying movement & massage for pain relief for over 20 years.
Her excellent training and many years of research led to the development of T Spheres. To this day she continues to train professionals in her massage techniques with the T Spheres massage balls.

Various possibilities
Tense jaw: Massage the T Spheres Ball with a little pressure and circular movements over the cheekbones, chin and mouth. Press on the jaw tension point. Open and close your mouth to promote relaxation.

T Spheres ~ have the size of a golf ball
Shoulder & Neck: Muscle tensions can be released very well with the T Spheres. Roll with a little pressure over the tensed shoulder and neck area. Stimulate acupressure points and press trigger points with the balls. You will immediately notice the beneficial properties of the oil and how the muscles relax.
Headache: Hold a T Sphere under your nose and breathe deeply. Breathe out through your mouth and repeat this 3 times. Hold the T Spheres between your fingertips and gently massage the temples with circular movements.  Place one or both T Spheres in the palm of your hand and roll the T Spheres from bottom to top over your forehead and eyebrows. For severe headaches, chilled T Spheres are ideal.

T Spheres ~ various applications

Feet: You can use the T Spheres while sitting or standing. Place one under your feet and slowly start stimulating the reflex zones by rolling your foot over the T Sphere. Then roll the T Spheres over the back of your foot. After the rolling massage, press the T Sphere into the reflex points above and along the arch of the foot.

Partner massage: The massage balls are very suitable for partner massage. A combination of T Spheres and massage with the hands is best. Roll the T Spheres with a little pressure over the tensions and press pressure points in a targeted manner.   Breathe consciously and enjoy the effect of the essential oils.

Myofascial release techniques, trigger point & acupressure
Myofascial release technique: targeted stretching of the myofascial tissue and loosening of the connective tissue
Trigger Point Massage: press and hold the trigger points with the balls to release tension.
Acupressure: stimulate acupressure points with the massage balls.

T Spheres yoga-sport ~ perfect for the workplace
Hold the massage balls under your nose, breathe in deeply and out through your mouth.
Place the T Sphere under your thigh and the other one on your lower back. Stimulate and massage tense muscles caused by long periods of sitting.
Then roll along your shoulders and neck. To relieve the strain on your upper back, place the balls between your shoulder blades and roll over the tense areas with strong or less strong pressure.
